ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle the petitioner's retirement benefits and pay pension with interest for delayed payment within the time fixed.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that appropriate order will be passed based on the representation of the petitioner and the recommendation of the first respondent in the light of the proposal dated 23.03.2021 of the first respondent to the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent, the writ petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2021 and the aforesaid proposal dated 23.03.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
