ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to release the vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-13-C-6615 seized by the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, Coimbatore.
2. The vehicle in question has been seized on 04.02.2015 on the ground that it was transporting rice meant for Public Distribution System. The petitioner has given representation to the respondent on 09.02.2015 seeking release of the vehicle.
3. Since the proceedings has just commenced, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
