Prayer:
Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefit of the order of this Court dated 14.08.2020 passed in W.P.No.7678 of 2020 in a Batch matter and to apply the order of this Court without discrimination to the Members of the petitioner also as guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to cause to revise and issue the fresh CC bills for the months of April 2020-September 2020 and such other periods falling in the lockdown periods as ordered by this Court on 14.08.2020 in W.P.No.7678 of 2020 and further direct the respondents to refund the excessively collected demand charges and low power factor compensation charges in respect of members of the petitioner Association also who have paid it already and accordingly.

ORDER
The issue that has been raised in these present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in WP. Nos.7678, 7679, 9141, 9312, 9537, 9538, 9550, 10012, 10042, 10044, 10031, 9825, 9831, 10087, 10091, 10110, 10164, 8852 and 9689 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020. Consequently, the directions issued by this Court in the batch of writ petitions be equally applied to the present writ petition also.
