] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the criminal Crl.A.No.30667 of 2024 against the judgment in Crl.M.P.No.387/2024 dated 08.04.2024 on the file of the Hon'ble Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, Sessions Court For Exclusive Trial for Bomb Blast Cases, Chennai at Poonamallee, Chennai.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
