Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to dispose the Petition in O.A. No.26 of 2015 pending on the file of the Joint Commissioner of H.R & C.E in the manner known to law in time bound manner. For Petitioner : Ms.Usharani V.S For Respondents : Mr.M.Maharaja, Special Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to dispose the Petition in O.A. No. 26 of 2015 pending on the file of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Coimbatore in the manner known to law in time bound manner.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the hearing of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Petition has been fixed at 11.00 a.m. on 31.07.2019 at the office of the Second Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties. It shall be ensured that there is at least one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their fullest cooperation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The Second Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
