A.No.2880 of 2022 and A.No.4956 of 2019 and A.No.5142 of 2001 and A.No.2144 of 2007 in C.S.No.242 of 1986 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A brief overview of the ongoing litigation is provided in the order of this Court dated 19.12.2022. Now, this order is made in continuation thereof. 2.In Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order, this Court has recorded that the affairs of P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust is now managed or administered under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Vanniyakula Kshatriya Public Charitable Trusts and Endowments (Protection and Maintenance) Act, 2018. The applicant in A.No.2880 of 2022 appears to be a former trustee appointed by the Government and he is also stated to have been removed by the Government. He now seeks to implead himself in this proceedings.

3.Opposing the said application, the learned counsel for the Trust argued that the Trust is being managed as per the provisions of the aforesaid Act and the scheme framed thereunder, and the applicant has no right to intervene. 4.The applications which are now under consideration by this Court is one for collecting the assets of the Trust from its parent Trust namely Pachaiyappa Trust. This is a straight contest between P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust and Pachaiyappa Trust.

Anu / kas 5.In A.No.4956 of 2019, the learned counsel has circulated a statement of accounts which this Court has recorded in its order dated 24.01.2023. The learned counsel for the Pachaiyappa Trust takes time to go through the same. 6.So far as A.No.2880 of 2022 is concerned, this Court does not consider that the applicant has locus standi to interfere in the enquiry of A.No.5142 of 2001, A.No.2144 of 2007 and A.No.4956 of 2019. Hence A.No.2880 of 2022 is dismissed.

7.The Registry is required to club A.No.4956 of 2019, A.No.5142 of 2001 and A.No.2144 of 2007.

8.This Court is informed that M/s.J.R.K.Bhavanantham is no more in the panel of the Trust in A.No.2144 of 2007. Time is sought by other counsel appearing for the same Trust to seek instructions in the matter. 9.Post the matter on 16.02.2023.
