O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2014 stating that in the Order passed by the said authority in pursuant to the decree obtained in O.S.No.400 of 1981 on the file of District mUnsif's Court, Hosur, dated 23.9.1988 and as per the direction of this Court in W.P.No.27562 of 2004 dated 14.10.2004, though appropriate orders have been passed by changing the patta, no order has been passed with respect to S.No.49/2.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 15.10.2014, without going into the merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned including the petitioner and other persons in whose name the patta stands as of now. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
