(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first to fourth respondents and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fifth to seventh respondents. 2.

Private respondents are said to have been encroached upon the petition mentioned pathway (Nilaviyal Paathai).

The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.09.2024 to the official respondents for removing the said encroachment. 5.

The second respondent is directed to adhere to due process of law and dispose of the petition mentioned representation. If the second respondent notices any encroachment, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. All the encroachers shall be put on notice. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
