With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. Heard Mr.J.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 5/11/2015 and consequently direct the respondents, to release the said land from Urban Land Ceiling, in respect of property, situated at K.S.No.437/2 & 3, 438/1 & 2, 439/3 Part & 6 B, Uppilipalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk measuring about 425 Sq.feet.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, accepting notice, on behalf of the respondents submitted that a reasonable time may be granted, to the authorities, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5/11/2015, on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5/11/2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
