This petition is filed to condone the delay of 215 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgement in S.C.No.66 of 2017 dated 13.09.2023 on the file of the learned Session Division of the Nilgiris District at Udhagamandalam.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
