A.Nos.3411 and 3412 of 2022 in C.S.No.808 of 2013 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.No.3411 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 to 16 as legal heirs of the deceased 5th defendant and array them as defendants in the above suit.

2.A.No.3412 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 17 to 19 as legal heirs of the deceased 6th defendant and array them as defendants in the above suit.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications are allowed.
