Heard M/s.K.Usha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Anbarasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be permitted to withdraw the impugned notice since the borrower is no more and to proceed in accordance with law. Such a course of action sought to be done by the respondents is not opposed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Hence, the impugned notice is quashed as withdrawn by the respondents themselves leaving it open to the respondents to initiate fresh action in accordance with law. The writ petition, accordingly, stands closed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 also stands closed.
