The petitioner made a representation recently - on 11.12.2015 to the respondents stating that despite the payments having been made by the petitioner, plot allotted to him in plot No.194, Mahakavi Bharathi Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai measuring an extent of 75.60 square metres has not been registered in favour of the petitioner. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that though he has approached the respondents number of times no action is forthcoming. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the pendency of the representation dated 11.12.2015 made by the petitioner, without going into merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
