Prayer :- Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the land in S.Nos.248A to an extent of 4 acres and 39 cents of land in Mulayampoondi Village, Old Patta No.116, Tharapuram Taluk, Mulanoor Sub-Registration, Tiruppur District and reassign to the legal heir of original assignee based on the circular issued by the Special Commissioner Land reforms dated 19.08.1996 and within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the land in S.Nos.248A to an extent of 4 acres and 39 cents of land in Mulayampoondi Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Old Patta No.116, Tharapuram Taluk, Mulanoor Sub-Registration, Tiruppur District and reassign to the legal heir of original assignee based on the circular issued by the Special Commissioner Land reforms dated 19.08.1996 and within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection before the authority concerned in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
