Prayer:
Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to withdraw O.P. No.112 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court at Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of Subordinate judge Court, Mannargudi for being tried along with O.P. No.192/2017.

Memo has been filed by the respondent that he intends to withdraw O.P. No.112 of 2017 filed by him for the restitution of conjugal rights pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram on the hearing date and the counsel for the petitioner takes notice on the abovesaid memo.
2. In the light of the above position, the counsel for the petitioner has made the submission that he is not pressing the Transfer petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. The transfer petition itself has been laid by the petitioner seeking transfer of O.P. No.112 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram for joint trial along with O.P. No.192/2017 on the file of the subordinate court, Mannargudi.
4. In the light of the abovesaid developments, nothing survives in this matter. Resultantly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
