O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is a resident of a different village and seeks to make a grievance in respect of some other village and the functioning of the Panchayat President therein on the ground that there has been a misuse of the green house scheme. We see no reason why the petitioner would be interested in this. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain the public interest litigation.

2.We may, however, make it clear that this may not preclude the respondents from looking into the allegations, which, in any case, they are duty bound to do, to verify whether there is any irregularity as alleged by the petitioner.

3.Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
