Original Petition No.610 of 2012 is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the impugned Award dated 27.04.2010 passed by the second respondent. Original Petition No.668 of 2013 is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the impugned Award dated 09.08.2010 in Arbitration No.182 of 2009 on the file of the second respondent and consequently, declare all proceedings initiated by the second respondent as against the petitioners are void. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Thanka Sivam in both OPs For 1st Respondent : Mr.R.Uma Shankar for in both OPs Mr.Sri & Shankar Associates COMMON ORDER When the above original petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that both the matters have been settled between the parties.
