C.M.P.Nos.13411 and 13415 of 2019 in O.S.A.No.313 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J and P.B.BALAJI, J (Order of Court made by S.S.Sundar,J) C.M.P.No.13411 of 2019 is filed to clarify the order dated 12.06.2019 in O.S.A.No.313 of 2017 relating to the recording that Advocates for respondents 4 and 5 were heard by this Court on that date and further that the affidavit of Mr.R.Subramanian, Advocate, sets out that he was the Managing Director of Viswapriya (India) Limited, and further that the particulars of period of employment of Mr.R.Subramanian, Advocate with M/s.Subhiksha Trading Services Limited, are not furnished.

2. C.M.P.No.13415 of 2019 is filed to delink the proceedings in the suo-motu proceedings relating to the domicile requirements of a Law graduate seeking enrolment at a State Bar Council from the Original Side Appeal and restrict the parties in the suo-motu proceedings only to such 1 / 3

persons who are necessary and proper parties thereto.

3. These petitions are filed by insolvency professional. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for not pursuing these petitions and accordingly prays for withdrawal of these petitions.
