(CR.NO.261 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (e) imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11763 of 2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, T15-SRMC police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30a.m until further orders and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 09.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 09.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date.
