C.M.P.No.13417 of 2019 in O.S.A.No.313 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J and P.B.BALAJI, J (Order of Court made by S.S.Sundar,J) This application is filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the petition to set aside the ex-parte order of this Court, dated 20.03.2019 passed in C.M.P.No.4336 of 2019 in the present Original Side Appeal, directing that the petitioner be impleaded as party/second respondent in the present OSA.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection for allowing the prayer sought for in this petition.

4. This Court is also convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
