O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the Provident Fund amount due to the petitioner upon his superannuation on 31.07.2017.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the contributions from 2006-2007 to 2017-2018 were belatedly remitted by the second respondent and same have been duly accounted in the member account and EPF account of member settled fully. The learned counsel further submits that the Provident Fund amount due to the petitioner was disbursed to him in full, on 22.03.2022. As per the statement placed before this Court, an amount of Rs.8,72,740/- was paid towards final payment amount.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed work sheet and subscribers ledger card as on 06.03.2024 before this Court. All these documents are placed on record.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the relief sought in this writ petition is already granted to the petitioner by making final payment of Provident Fund amount on 22.03.2022 by the third respondent.

5. Under these circumstances, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
