O R D E R

The petitioner has come with the present writ petition seeking for writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 02.12.2015 for the grant of stage carriage permit for the route of Kurinchipadi to Pondicherry.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RM.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 02.12.2015 for the grant of stage carriage permit on merits and in accordance with law and also according to seniority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
