O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that private respondents 6 to 11 are carrying on unauthorisedly the business of dyeing polluting the water in the village. Photographs have been annexed to the petition.

2.We are of the view that this issue needs to be enquired into by the third respondent inter alia on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 17.03.2016 and to hold an enquiry in this behalf, with notice to all concerned. In case, unauthorised dyeing units are found to be working, necessary action in accordance with law be taken. The exercise be completed within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
