This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 26.03.2013 made in I.A.No.1625 of 2012 in O.P.No.1804 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. Today, when the matter came for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the O.P.No.1804 of 2009 itself has been dismissed as withdrawn and that nothing survives in this revision. The learned counsel for the respondent was also present.
