Perused the affidavit filed seeking extension of time and reschedule the case management hearing.

2.Since the examination of the plaintiff side witness not completed before 27.08.2021 as scheduled earlier, the case management hearing fixed on 28.07.2021 is rescheduled as below:

i) Continuation of PW1 evidence and completion of examination of the plaintiff side witness shall commence from 13.09.2021 and get completed by 24.09.2021.

ii) Examination of the defendant side witness shall commence from 29.09.2021 and get completed by 07.10.2021.

Post the matter before the learned Additional Master I. After completion of recording evidence, post the matter before this Court on 08.10.2021.
