INR 8,32,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only) to be paid as Stamp Duty, and INR 5,04,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Four Thousand only) as a Registration Fee with 9% interest per annum from the date of re-payment to the petitioner.

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to refund the payment of excess stamp duty and registration charges paid by him. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
