This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2024 seeking to call him for certificate verification for appointment as Graduate Teacher (Physics) and the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 seeking appropriate action thereon in accordance with the provisions of Right of persons with Disabilities Act 2016 (Central Act 2016).

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that now the petitioner has been selected for certificate verification.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
