Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring Clause 13 of the Regulation of the 1st respondent University which goes contrary to the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulation 2000 of the MCI Medical Council of India as illegal and void and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to re-notify the Regulation by deleting dissertation (thesis) in the Clause 13 of the Regulation fro DM/ Mch.
