Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 21.09.2023 and 27.03.2024 submitted with regard to survey the Agriculture land properties of an extent of Acre 1.48 cents (Hectares 0.60.0) comprised in New Survey No 243/4 Old Survey No 23 vide patta No 255 bounded on East By Sivappa son Veerannas land, south by pallam, west by Mandey Naickers land and North By Madammas land situated at Igalur Village Talavadi Taluk Erode District within Registration District of Gopichettipalayam and Sub-Registration district 1/5

of Talavadi lying with the Talavadi panchayat Union limit and the petitioner have purchased the above said property through a Registered sale deed dated 14.06.2001 in Document No.428/2011, registered at the office of SRO, Talavadi.

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2023 and 27.03.2024 submitted with regard to survey the Agriculture land properties of an extent of Acre 1.48 cents (Hectares 0.60.0) comprised in New Survey No 243/4 Old Survey No 23 vide patta No.255 in Igalur Village Talavadi Taluk Erode District within Registration District of Gopichettipalayam and SubRegistration district of Talavadi and the petitioner have purchased the above said property through a Registered sale deed dated 14.06.2001 in Document No.428/2011, registered at the office of SRO, Talavadi. 2/5

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject land to an extent of Acre 1.48 cents in Igalur Village, Talavadi Taluk, Erode District by a registered sale deed dated 14.06.2001 and is in possession and enjoyment of the said property by cultivating in the said land. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given a representation to the respondents to survey her land and to mutate the revenue records by paying requisite fee, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.09.2023 and 27.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
