Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 26.09.2015 and the reminder dated 08.02.2016 for the issuance of Community Certificate to the petitioner, his wife Santhippu and two children viz. 1) S.Kaviya and 2) S.Kalaiyarasu that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the Community Certificate already issued to the petitioner's close relative.

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent.
2. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 26.09.2015 and the reminder dated 08.02.2016 for the issuance of Community Certificate to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner, his wife Santhippu and two children viz. 1) S.Kaviya and 2) S.Kalaiyarasu that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the Community Certificate already issued to the petitioner's close relative.
3. It is averred in the Writ Petition that the petitioner belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community and for the purpose of school records and employment opportunity, he preferred an application to the respondent on 26.09.2015 for issuance of community certificate enclosing the supporting documents for the said claim. According to the petitioner, so far no enquiry was conducted by the respondent and no order is passed till date.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the Writ Petition, we hereby direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.09.2015 for issuance of community certificate to the petitioner, his wife Santhippu and two children viz., (1) S.Kaviya and (2) S.Kalaiyarasu, and after proper verification of the supporting documents submitted by the petitioner, pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
