Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 5th and 6th Respondents, its members and supporters from in any way indulging in any strike, protest or raising slogans within 500 meters from the factory premises of the petitioner and in any way preventing any ingress and egress of vehicles, movement of goods and men to and from the factory premises during their period of strike as declared by them.

At the admission stage, this Court has granted an interim order and pursuant to the interim order, a normalcy was arrived by the respective parties in the writ proceedings and the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly made a submission that the cause set out in the writ petition had vanished and no further adjudication is to be undertaken in this writ petition on merits.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
