Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.34/ 2011/Ve.Se.Sa.(2), dated 16.09.2013 and the consequential order of third respondent in his proceedings dated 17.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to continue as Secretary of K.K.238, P.N.Patty Veerakkalpudur Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Karuppureddiyur Post, Mettur Taluk, Salem District.
