This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.O.P.No.15091 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter aged about 15 years has been sexually harassed by the first respondent herein and the petitioner also beaten by the accused person. However, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the first respondent herein.

3. On a perusal of the records it revealed that the first respondent aged about 75 years who is none other than Grandfather of the victim girl and father in law of the defacto complainant.

4. This Court already considered the facts and circumstances and passed detailed order while granting anticipatory bail. Therefore, there is

no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22.07.2022 ata
