(Order of this Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed by one Jothi Sathyap Priya to implead her as a respondent in the writ petition.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner herein that, the writ petitioner has filed the instant writ petition, without narrating the proper facts and if any order passed in the writ petition, it would have impact on the other batch of writ petitions. Therefore, in order to assist the court, she may be impleaded as a respondent in the writ petition.

3. This writ petition has been filed, as against the show cause notice issued by the respondents. Further, the writ petitioner is not a party to the batch of writ petitions filed against the re-categorization order issued by the first respondent, dated 10.11.2021. Also, there is no individual complaint made against the writ petitioner by the instant miscellaneous petitioner. Therefore, there is no need to implead the miscellaneous petitioner as a party to the writ petition.
