ORDER

Since no adverse Order has been passed as against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to carry on the survey of the agricultural lands of the petitioner in Survey No.75/1C measuring about Ac.0.40 1/2 cents of Mathurutu Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of subject agricultural property. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application to the first and second respondents to survey his agricultural land, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
