ORDER

The prayer sought for in this transfer petition is to withdraw the case in O.P.No.626 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Sub-Court at Poonamallee and transfer the same to learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and try along with O.P.No.3572 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the respondent has no serious objection for transferring.

3. Accordingly, the O.P.No.626 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Poonamallee is transferred to the learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai to try along with O.P.No.3572 of 2021.

4. The learned Sub-Court, Poonamallee is directed to transmit all the case papers within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, the transfer petition is allowed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
