Mr.Sadashram, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would refer to the e-courts website and stated that O.S.No.105 of 2013 was disposed of on 03.04.2018. Albeit, it was dismissed for default. Consequently, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this revision.

2. In view of above, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application for restoration of CRP, if the suit is restored.
