(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he confines the relief to the disposal of the representation dated 31.08.2015, as his allegation is that the area which was meant for a park is sought to be utilised for the personal use of the develop. 2.We direct the first respondent or his designate to dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, after notice to all concerned, by a speaking order, within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
