By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.195-38 cents, 196-64 cents, 1982.671⁄2 acres & 201/2-2.07 acre situated at Kittampalayalam Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have given representation dated 17.08.2023 to survey the property in Survey Nos.19538 cents, 196-64 cents, 198-2.671⁄2 acres & 201/2-2.07 acre situated at 2/4

Kittampalayalam Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District and for issuance of separate patta in their names and also paid necessary charges for issuance of patta. However, the same had not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 17.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property in Survey Nos.196 and 201/2, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners and for sub division of the property of the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
