Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned final order dated 30.11.2016 issued by the respondent corporation vide proceedings K.Ku.No.1099/11427/T3/TNSTC (V) /2000, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent corporation to confer all monetary benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also sent a letter dated 09.02.2021 to the registry to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
