ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS Act in Crime not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending at the CSR stage vide CSR.No.678 of 2025 and an FIR has not been registered. 3.

In view of the same, the petitioner are directed to co-operate with the respondent Police in the investigation and shall appear before the respondent for enquiry and interrogation, as and when required. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
