COMMON ORDER The above cases have been pending since 2009. There was no representation for the petitioners on 12.3.2015 and therefore, the cases were directed to be listed on 13.3.2015 under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.

The trial Court is directed to dispose of the cases in STC No.137 of 2008 and S.T.C. No.135 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.
