This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Learned Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST (POA) Act, Erode to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on their surrender in connection with Crime No.209 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the same day.
