2. The learned counsel for the Intervenor would submit that this Court by order dated 03.02.2021 had dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner seeking for anticipatory bail vide Crl.O.P.No.17706 of 2020. He would submit that though the name of the Intervenor reflects in the original order copy, it is not reflected in the Web Copy and thereby, he seeks for appropriate orders.
