O R D E R

The petitioners made a representation dated 30.9.2014 to the 1st respondent stating that patta has been wrongly given in favour of the 2nd respondent and therefore the same will have to be changed in favour of the petitioner. On receipt of the said representation, a communication was sent by the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri to the 1st respondent on 26.11.2014. It was followed by another communication dated 1.12.2014. A reply was also given to the application made by the petitioners under the R.T.I.Act that the petitioners should approach the office of the 1st respondent for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate action, marking a copy to the 1st respondent. As despite the same, no action has been forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 30.9.2014 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.
