No.185/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 07.04.2025 against the petitioner's husband namely Balamurugan, S/o.Azhagumalai, aged about 29 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as GOONDA and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Balamurugan, S/o.Azhagumalai, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2789, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 19.05.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
