Heard Mr.T.Kannan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selavkumar, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondent and with their consent the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass order on his representation dated on 7.09.2015, to enable him to run his business. 3.In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim, there will be a direction to the competent authority of the respondent Corporation to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
