ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 81 & 82 of BNS (Section 493 & 494 of IPC), in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory 1/4
bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending at the CSR stage vide CSR.No.80 of 2025 and an FIR has not been registered.

In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent Police in the investigation and shall appear before the respondent police for enquiry and interrogation, as and when required. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
