This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners (1) Junaitha Rahman (2) Tamim Ansar Rahman (3) Thahajibunnisa

(4) Sathikkul Janna (5) Sulthana Shamin and (6) Ameera Siddiqa Beevi on record in C.R.P(NPD)No.2063 of 2019 as the L.R's of the deceased sole petitioner as petitioners 2 to 7 in the said C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. In the meantime, learned counsel appearing for the respondents is directed to get instruction in regard to the offer given by the learned counsel for the petitioner for settling the decree amount with interest as on date, as directed by the order passed by the Trial Court.
