Crl.M.P.No.10131 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.10131 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.945 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to exempt the petitioner from surrendering, pursuant to the judgment dated 19.11.2021 passed in C.C.No.46 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mettur which was confirmed by the judgment dated 27.06.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.83 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District (Fast Track Court) Mettur. Considering the fact that the petitioner is working as a Head Master in a Government School and also an interim suspension of sentence is granted by this Court till 11.10.2022, during which the petitioner is also exempted from surrendering.
